REFUND POLICY

At Grace’s Dresses, we strive to provide every customer with a safe and pleasant shopping experience. This Return and Refund Policy outlines our clear and transparent conditions.

Return Conditions

Returns can only be started once the item has been physically received by the customer.

A return request must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the item.

Once the return request has been approved, you have an additional 30 days to send the item back.

Returns must be shipped to our supplier in Asia.

The customer is responsible for all costs related to the return, including any customs fees, import duties, or handling charges.

Items must be unused, trying on is allowed, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Items must not be worn beyond normal fitting.

Choosing the wrong size is considered a customer decision and is not considered a product defect.


SALE ITEMS / DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Items marked as discounted, on sale, or part of a SALE are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

We recommend carefully reviewing your order before completing your purchase.


100% RETURN RIGHT ON NON-SALE ITEMS

We offer a full return right on all unused items that were not purchased on sale, provided they meet the conditions listed above.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Grace’s Dresses does not refund shipping costs or related expenses.


TOTAL RETURN PERIOD

Customers have:

30 days to request a return, and

an additional 30 days to send the item back.

Returns outside these timeframes will not be accepted.


CLAIMS / DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We provide full claim rights for products with manufacturing defects.

Defective items may be returned for a full refund or replacement.

To assess a claim, we may request clear photos or videos showing the defect before approving a return, refund, or replacement.


HOW TO RETURN

1. Submit your return request within the allowed period to:

support@gracesdresses.com

2. Once approved, you will receive the return address in Asia.

3. Shipping costs and any customs fees are paid by the customer.

4. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.


REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 15 days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.


RESPONSIBILITY

We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows that the order was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Incorrect address information is the customer’s responsibility.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
